Ron may appear as Trump’s opponent in the Republican primary to decide the presidential candidate. Ron was recently re-elected as Governor of Florida.
Yesterday, Musk said on Twitter about his political choice regarding the next presidential election in the United States. He also talked about returning Trump’s Twitter account.
Musk, the new owner of Twitter, said that his choice for the presidency in 2024 is a sensible and moderate person. He hoped that would be the case with the current Biden administration. But he is still disappointed in this regard.
Following Musk’s tweet, one Twitter user asked, ‘Elon, will you support Ron DeSantis in 2024?’
In response to this question from a Twitter user, Musk replied ‘yes’.
Ron is a rising star in the Republican Party. He is seen as a big challenge for Trump.
Musk recently unbanned Trump’s Twitter account after conducting an online survey. A majority of voters in the poll voted to open Trump’s Twitter account. But the margin of votes was small.
Trump welcomed this move by Musk. But he ruled out a return on Twitter. Trump announced last week that he will run for the 2024 US presidential election. To this end, he has already filed papers with the US Federal Election Commission.
