Market Desk (sports): Manchester United have received an opening bid from a Saudi Arabian club for the services of Cristiano Ronaldo, who could receive a mega offer salary in the region of £105mn per year, according to reports.

The Portuguese forward is believed to be keen on leaving in search of a new challenge this summer after growing frustrated over Man United’s failure to qualify for next season’s Champions League.

The Portuguese star is currently looking for a ‘Champions League team’ as Manchester United will not be able to play in the Champions League. But when teams like Bayern Munich and PSG are uninterested in the 36-year-old star, he has received a surprise offer.

No European team offered him that much. Petro-dollar-rich billionaire Arab Sheikh is well-known for spending his grandfather’s money in European football. But the club, whose name has not been revealed in Saudi Arabia, is trying to make Ronaldo on their own.

In this proposal, Ronaldo would then be poised to receive a total salary of £210mn, spread over a 2 year contract with another £20mn having been tabled in agent fees..

The news that Ronaldo does not want to stay at Manchester United has been circulating for some time. Now question, will Ronaldo accept the Saudi offer and the proposal is like turning head!
