Market Desk (sports): Saudi outfit Al-Nassr is confident they can tie up a deal for Cristiano Ronaldo imminently and have booked the Portuguese forward’s medical exams.
Amid all the noise about next steps and the endless assumption is with a move to Middle East. CBS Sports report that the club has scheduled a medical for the 5 time Ballon d’Or winner as they work to pull off the signing.
Ronaldo became a free agent at the beginning of WC after mutually agreeing to terminate his Manchester United contract.
Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr have consistently been linked with CBS Sports stating that Ronaldo has been offered 7 year deal worth US$ 75mn a year. They stated that formalities have been agreed and there is now optimism the deal can be concluded in time for the opening of the January transfer window, it is now up to Ronaldo to take it and complete the move.
