Market Desk (sports): Australia will use their experience of playing in the IPL as a big part of plans for ongoing 3-match Twenty20 series in India.
Cummins said, the teammates have played many IPL matches on Indian soil. That experience will be put to good use in this series.
Cummins-Glenn Maxwell-Josh Hazlewood-Adam Zampa-Tim Davids played for different franchises in the last IPL. So they have a good experience of playing on Indian soil. Capitalizing on this experience, the world champion Australia will play in the bilateral series.
Australia’s vice-captain in T20, Cummins said, ‘It is always difficult to play in India’s conditions. Moreover, Team India is more powerful in own conditions as a team. But we also have the experience of playing on their soil. We have played many matches in IPL. This experience of playing matches will serve us well. We are planning with the experience of IPL, so that we can fulfill the target of winning the series.
